ClanBoard

Privacy

In plain words and without lawyer language: this is everything ClanBoard knows about you, where it keeps it and for how long.

What we collect

The public game data read from the official Clash of Clans API: clan, roster, wars. The Telegram id and the name of whoever links a village or manages a clan. The clan settings and the texts written by the managers. Nothing else: no contacts, no location, no phone number.

Where it lives

On a single server in Europe. The database is encrypted row by row; the backups are encrypted with the same key and only the last three are kept, the others delete themselves at every nightly backup.

How long it stays

The history keeps the last 100 wars per clan, and the same cap holds for the manager log, the former members and the CWL seasons. A clan that stops showing up is deleted after 90 days. News and temporary notes have an expiry and go away on their own.

Your rights

From the app, «My data» hands you everything about you and «Forget me» deletes it: link, news, seat, warnings and notes. The clan leader can remove the bot from the group and close everything.

What we never do

We sell nothing and hand nothing over to anyone. No tracking, no profiling cookies, no ads, no third party beyond Telegram, the Clash of Clans API and Cloudflare carrying the pages.

If something looks wrong
